FAQs

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET?

Clients typically budget $500 -$2500 for our rentals plus beverage services.

DO ALL SERVING STATION RENTALS REQUIRE BARTENDING SERVICES?

No. Not all of our rentals require a Beverage Service Package. Rentals for events with alcohol being served DO require either our bartending services OR proof of a licensed/ insured bartender (via a catering company or venue).

DO YOU SUPPLY  THE ALCOHOL?

We do not "supply" the alcohol.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Travel within 20 miles from Baton Rouge is included in our base package pricing but it would be a waste of our wheels not to be up for a road trip! If you'd like Sips To Soirees to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?

We require a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.

DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?

Our bars requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. If your event is located somewhere without electricity and/or water and you’ve booked one of our bars requiring electricity, we can add a generator and water supply to your package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better.
