Sips To Soirees is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our specialty event rental services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional event experiences, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team. As the Event Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for delivering unique and memorable events that exceed our clients' expectations. This role goes beyond traditional event planning by encompassing social media management, marketing, client engagement, and problem-solving.   • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event vision, needs, and preferences.

  • Respond to event inquiries promptly, building rapport and guiding clients through our offerings.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to elevate Sips To Soirees' online presence; including social media, email newsletters, etc.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, and more.

  • Manage event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and timely delivery of event rentals.

  • Lead a team of event staff, including bartenders and setup crews, ensuring efficient coordination and stellar customer service.

  • Develop event timelines, floor plans, and layouts, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Maintain inventory of event rentals, ensuring they are well-maintained, cleaned, and in excellent condition.

  • Oversee event budgets, expenses, and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Stay current with event industry trends and innovative ideas to continually enhance our service offerings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a track record of successful events.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Creativity and the ability to bring unique ideas to event planning and design.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

  • Knowledge of local event venues, vendors, and regulations (desired).
